Principal Kyle Capps has over 40 years of diverse technology experience ranging from tenure as a college faculty member in technology instruction, to an executive management position with the City of Austin Information System Department.  As the founder and owner of Capco Communications, Kyle  has personally overseen the design, construction, and maintenance ofover 30 million dollars of projects related to the construction of private fiber optic networks with over 20 million dollars of those projects in the North Texas area Since 1995, Capco Communications, Inc. has been a leader in providing state-of-the-art networking technology solutions to over 400 Texas Independent School District and State/Local Governments.  Capco’s extensive experience in voice, data, and optical networking technologies provided innovative solutions to a wide variety of technology requirements for large scale networking infrastructures.
